this cake originated  from semarang indonesia,.

INGREDIENTS:
• Ketan 500 grams
• Meat / shredded 100 grams
• Eggs 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp flour

HOW TO MAKE SEMAR mendem:
• Sticky rice cooked as cooking rice. After cooking dikepali with hands stuffed inside
